I writing to report that the Xenosite server appears to be down. Last night it was just spinning its wheels without returning results but today, the following message is obtained when running a prediction:
"Internal Server Error
The server encountered an unexpected internal server error
(generated by waitress)"

I have observed significant, varying latency throughout the day for both XenoSite and XenoNet. I have managed to have jobs run fine but others remain in queue for an inordinate amount of time. The server shared by XenoSite and XenoNet was under significant use within the lab since last night and that may be related to these issues. I have contacted the individual to have them direct their jobs to the HPC. I will continue to monitor the situation and look for additional causes.
When I was able to have jobs successfully run, I was not able to replicate the internal server error but will keep testing for that as well. What specific model were you trying to use? @RuMDS
@RuMDS , it should be working now. Can you verify that there is not an issue?
Also, we are going to be moving this to a cloud-based solution in the next month or so to prevent this from happening again.
